Freeze when drag selecting an area within a sketch

Hi,
I frequently run into this problem:
1. open a sketch
2. draw a few entities, (e.g. a polygon)
3. while the polygon tool is active, I drag and drop (erroneously thinking that the select tool is active). When I do that, onshape becomes unresponsive.
The screenshot below shows the issue.
I can easily reproduce this.
The workaround is to reload onshape and lose all the work I did on the sketch.
