How to hide an offset surface?

I have made an offset surface on a curved surface, but I am unable to hide the surface to reveal the text.

Hi Owen,

The eye will appear next to the surface in the Parts list, not the Offset surface feature in the Feature list.  You will have to click the triangle next to "Surfaces" in the Parts list to see the list of all the surfaces in your Part Studio.

Parts List... list of parts under the feature tree... same difference.

In the list of parts/surfaces under your feature tree, click the eye icon next to the surface in question.

Thanks Mahir for the response but the 'eye' icon is not visible when I click on the 'off set surface'.
