Having Trouble Resizing Sketch

Hi,
I am having trouble resizing the below shape
I want to fit the shape on the right into the small rectangle on the left
I have tried to select the sketch, then select the dimension tool, but all it does is deselect the sketch
Is there a way to free transform scale?
Any help greatly appreciated, thx

I actually Just got it to work.
