Bicycle Lugs / dwg to curved plane / Loft to Curve

Hello team,
So my next set of skills I want to be able to develop is to be able to design bicycle lugs.
These essentially tubular intersections are characterised by intricate designs on the ends, such as the following-

I have absolutely no idea how to accomplish this in Onshape. Any hints?
