Surfacing Model

Does anyone have a primarily surfacing model they can share with me? I am looking to learn surfacing and having a hard time knowing what tool to use when and how to best utilize what tools I have to get the result I want. I think that stepping through a completed model would help me a lot.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Jacek Mydlikowski is running a blog https://projektowanieproduktow.wordpress.com/, recently I've joined him and few latest articles are about surface modeling, and we are using Onshape. Unfortunately, the blog is written in Polish, but within days we should have some English equivalent (I will post a link when we get there). Currently, you can find all projects used in articles simply just search for "#Surface Modeling" in public documents:
These projects are just about surfacing, so everything is modeled in a single part studio, and models are not "tuned" for TopDown Design workflow or any other type of master model approach. We do plan to do more elaborate projects, soon.
I can also advise watching these tutorials: http://design-cg.blogspot.it/
and get familiarize yourself with some basic concepts.
Neither of sources is using Onshape, but principles are same for all CAD.5
