Extrude did not generate properly and fillet not working.

After extruding, the design was colored Reddish and it looked a little hollow. The part would normally look gray, I did not get that. Also I got a message when I hovered over extrude saying that, " Extrude 2 did not regenerate properly no merge scope selected < sketch 1.
So when I tried to fillet this extruded part nothing happened; I am thinking that was because it did not regenerate properly or else. Please help. I want to move forward. Below is the URL for Extrude 2 and sketch 1, respectively.

Mario - its a very simple fix.
Change the extrude option to 'New' instead of 'Add' (because there is nothing to add this extrusion to!)
