Can't open a part in workspace

I have uploaded a SLDPRT and am advised the translation is successful but it won't open in the workspace. Have tried it with Chrome and Firefox. Deleted the part and tried re-uploading but to no avail.

    Onshape will create 2 tabs when you import a CAD model. One is an original copy of the file, which you are sent to, and the second is the translated part in a Part Studio. Do you see the second tab at the bottom of the screen? If not you can either post a link to the document here or fill out a feedback ticket to our support team: https://www.onshape.com/support
