Placing sheet metal rip

I want to make the yellow band with 4 corner bends and a rip on the construction line as shown.  The dimensions of the band are derived from the 3 cylinders by an extruded solid that matches the dimensions of the 3 cylinders.

If the yellow model was created by Convert or thicken operation, you can split the face of the original solid along the construction line. Please see an example here
