Can you resize and edit imported stl files, and if so how?

I didn't think you could, but it looks like you can.
1) Import the STL as a mesh using the Derived feature.
2) Use the Transform feature or the scale featurescript that someone wrote a while back to scale the mesh.

I don't think OS will let you edit a mesh like you would normal surface geometry, but at least you can translate/rotate/scale a mesh. You can also use the vertices as reference snap points for other geometry.0
