Is anyone having a connection issue with Onshape?

We are based in Amsterdam and have not been able to connect to Onshape for the last hour. When we try we get this error:
This site can’t be reached
cad.onshape.com’s server IP address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
We have also seen on the Onshape service log that there is a partial outage but not sure if this is the problem we are seeing or not?

Thanks!

john_rousseau Member, Onshape Employees, Developers Posts: 393There was a DNS outage that started at about 8am EST (13:00 UTC). It was resolved at 9am EST (14:00 UTC). We (and our DNS providers) have been serving correct responses since then. Your local router may have cached the "cad.onshape.com doesn't exist" answer. This should time out (worst case) at about 11:00am EST (16:00 UTC). You may be able to accelerate this by restarting your router (or whatever you have locally that is doing negative DNS caching).
The event you see on https://status.onshape.com is definitely what you are running into.
We apologize for this outage and are working to prevent it from happening again.
