Enlarging an image of a deer.

I design ride on toys. I have an image of a deer imported into onshape. I want to enlarge this image in proportion to work on it. How is this possible?
As can be seen, I have put points on the border of the image in order to put a spline or other line around the image.
Please assist in this regard.

If you edit sketch 1, you can apply a dimension on the horizontal or vertical border of the deer to size it explicitly. None of the points you've already created will move, though, since they are not actually tied to anything. For your purposes, I would finish making the outline around the deer, extrude the deer into a solid, and then use the 'Scale uniformly' option in the 'Transform' feature to resize the solid you've created.
