Is there a way to change the size of arrow heads in drawings?

I don't see that as an option. I haven't tested it, but here's a link to a workaround using .dwt files modified using a dwg editor. You can also create an improvement request. OS tends to be pretty responsive to popular feature requests. I recently saw an improvement implemented 5 days after the request was logged. Granted, they were probably already working on that change, but that's still pretty impressive.
