Nope. But you can try to leverage the sizing smarts of the Hole feature by creating a couple normal counterbores of the correct size and cutting out the space in between. You can also write a featurescript that automates the process by building off the Hole feature and combining it with an extrude or sweep that follows a sketched slot path.
