Flange to form a tab = i.e. Flange Bend Angle of 0deg.

I am trying to create flat tabs and thought the Flange tool would be ideal, but it does not allow 0 degrees bend angle. Is that because zero would upset background geometrical calculations? Align to Geometry looked a good bet, but I can not get it to work. Any advice out there?

Some of the calculations likely lead to a zero or infinity where it doesn't belong. Case in point, where is the bend radius on a 180deg bend radius?5

I am still interested to know if it is a 'Divide by 0' problem that prevents a Flange Bend Angle being set to zero. It is a valid reason. but hey, my problem is solved, thanks again.
You could also use the move face command.
