Accidentally deleted whole document from mobile app. Is there anyway to recover?

just did a left sweep and delete on home page on my iPad app. and was accidentally on the wrong document. There was several days work. I really hope there is a backup somewhere!
Until now I have really enjoyed working with Onshape.
