How to loft an X connection between 4 Struts seamless

I am trying to Loft between 4 Profiles and can't get it work in smooth way, whatever i try breaks some constraints (see below) or creates
visible seams instead a smooth surface.

Constraints:
- All surfaces must be normal to the sketched egg-shaped ellipses, esp on the ends and the middle (sketch 2) plane
- The long guiding Ellipse on sketch 5 is not that important, if anyone can help w/o constraining to that
- The ends shall connect with arcs/radius as defined on sketch 4
- smooth and seamless

Rough advice - put tangencies in your sketches rather than trying to force a surface to be tangent at points that aren't tangent.
NOTE - There are two solutions in this document, they are on branches B1 and B2
I am not saying they are perfect (time constraints) - they are however, good strategies and good ideas
