Bend image to a circle

I am designing a tyre, and I would like to fit the Goodyear logo on the side.
But the logo is rectangular and as no surprise the tyre is round.
Is there a way to bend the image to match the circle?

you need a logo in some vector format that can be exported to dwg or dxf, then with the help of RectToPolar scripr it can be wrapped around a circle
