Why can't I edit my Sheet Metal Model?

I am designing a box and I am using the sheet metal function.
Project / file can be found here.
Now I want to increase the sheet metal thickness.
However, when I edit the sheet metal model the green tick to confirm my changes is inactive/not clickable. See attached screenshot.
In another sheet metal model it did work as I expected and could edit normally.
Does anyone have a clue why the change is being locked?
Thanks in advance for your help.
