loft lines skew or twist

Great product and awesome features - Making transition from square to round along a path, the loft lines from the square seem to skew off center on the circle. Is this normal?  the twist seems to add an extra distortion to the shape. I am testing the fullness of this product and so far, It's great. Just some feedback on the skew please.

I've also added a thickness to the shape as well as a drawing profile
