Pop-up Blocker keeps from printing 2D drawing?

I can not print a 2D drawing, I always get a message saying: Pop-up windows appear to be blocked. Please unblock them to enable printing. I have checked and I have no Pop-up Blockers active. What do I not understand?

It needs popups enabled as it opens the drawing in a new tab.
Some text will usually come up on the right side of the address bar. If you allow popups from there, it should work fine.
