Share, Person is not getting anything

I have shared this with 2 different people and they haven't received any notification. I paste in their email address and click share

It sounds like you are doing it correctly. Are you seeing the e-mail address being added to the list in share menu?
It is possible the email from Onshape was filtered out by spam filter on the recipient's end. You can try sending a link to your document in an e-mail. The recipient will need to create an Onshape account in order to see the document.6

Yes I received it. When I'm in a document in Onshape I click on share and paste in the email address of the person I want to share it with then check "Can View" then "Share". Is there something else I need to do?0
