Offset Plane with cPlane

I'd like to create an offset plane onto an extruded object. But I'm not sure how to do it.
I tried with cPlane
"entities" : qUnion(subqueries),
"cplaneType": CPlaneType.OFFSET,
"offset": definition.layerThickness
});
layerThickness is the thickness of the extruded part.
Now I'm not sure what to put for subqueries.
