Delete all sketch entities

Hi,
I managed to query and delete all sketches and mate connectors from my derived part but still left with these vertices for some reasone.
Any suggestions?

I've run into this before - try closing the part studio and then reopen (I think it forces a regen). This has worked for me, but maybe others have better solutions.Good luck0
