Is there a function on Onshape where it can be used to make a frame inside of another shape?

An offset curve might be what you're looking for. If you could give a bit more information about what you're trying to achieve, it would be easier to help.0

Thank you. As an example I could create a sketch of a rhombus, then I could create another sketch on top of the first sketch, eyeballing the exactness of the "frame" then just extruding the Frame and not the center. But is there a tool or trick to get an exact "frame"?0

Set the dimension between inner and outer sketches and\or dimension each sketch.
