How to select an area based on construction lines and points?

I would like to select the red area in this image: https://i.imgur.com/YJRAD0a.png (somehow I cannot just paste the image in the question, sorry for that)
It is delimited by an extruded wall and by two construction lines, I also added a point coincident with the lines and the wall edges. I managed to split the construction line but not the walls edges between the construction lines
My question: how can I select the area delimited by the lines and the wall?
