Publications searchable by PN.
I'd like to restrict my purchasing and other misc. teams to only view publications. While easy, I cannot find a way that would allow them to search a part number in order to find the publication it's in.
Ex: Purchaser needs to buy PN369, purchaser searches 369, nothing comes up. Is it required they just…know where it is?

Searching for part number should return the publication as well. Can you raise a support ticket with details?

I'll do that. half of the time, searching for a PN doesn't return the part, and searching for states seems beyond broken.
Edit: After following your gif, it seems like the only way to find pubs is to change the advanced settings. Is that intended?
If so, where is this documented?1 -
Bumping this again because this is a UI/UX nightmare.

To add to Design_Bro's concerns, even if the part does return a publication it seems to only return the first publication it was added to. If a part appears in multiple publications, you can't find the subsequent publications this way.
