I am not able to find the mass properties icon in the bottom right corner. I am not sure why. ANY idea?

@aditya_prabakar , yes in that case also it is working as shown in below video.

Adi, you need to select part from Part list at bottom left. It doesn't show up if you select stuff from modeling area.//rami0

@aditya_prabakar , You can see mass properties icon in the bottom right corner of part studio and assembly studio by clicking on part from model tree as shown in below video.
