What does "Retrieving Data for 1 Body" mean, and why does it keep slowing my assembly?

We are having this pop up intermittently, yet often, and severely slowing down our assembly. Suppressing various subassemblies seem to have no effect on it. How do we find out what is causing this? It will randomly show up even after the assembly is loaded.

Can you post a link to public document for review?

@joshtargo I have the same problem. It's really annoying that it causes such a huge drop in performance.
I've written to support. Let's see if there's a solution for this.

Unfortunately, I cannot share the document publicly.

Just jumping in, hoping support is watching. My team and I are having the same intermittent, yet often, issue (Also unable to share a link, unfortunately).

I'm wondering if it's to do with the "Level of Detail Improvements to Graphics" in the latest Improvements release?

I see this with in-context part studios. Makes things almost unusable.

A large project has been brought to its knees by this. I have tried all that I know to deal with it. I have a 1GB fiber Internet Connection and a new 32GB computer. I run Onshape in Chrome with nothing else running and I always delete all unnecessary browser files before each session. While I have a lot of imported geometry, I have been careful to use composites to minimize the impact. Still, I suspect there are a few part studios creating the problem. I hope whatever is causing this gets fixed soon since Ihave a lot of work to do.

Not sure whether "Retrieving Data for 1 Body" slows things down, or gets displayed when things have been slowed down by something else. Anyway, I also see this with a project that has imported geometry, configurations, drawings with tables and sections galore and moving parts.

I am having the same issue with a large assembly. Extremely annoying. Unfortunately I also can't share the CAD

I'm not sure if this is related to geometry for rendering the display or something else. When I talked to tech support, they seemed to say it was due to a part that used a feature script that called several thousand other scripts or "Modules", whatever that means. But it's almost impossible to track the message to discover what it causing the issue. She mentioned that suppression does not affect it, since the modules need to load for the item to be in the studio at all, suppressed or not.
