Is it possible to create a through all hole that is threaded on both ends?

I have tried this with different methods but every time i end up with just one thread on one end, i have not figured out how to keep thread on both ends

AFAIK not currently possible. Try making a through hole without any threads and use E.G. ThreadLab FS to make the threads with defined depths.
The only way I've been able to do it is to cheat with a break in the middle:

In theory all you need is a split face in the middle but the standard tools will all merge the faces of the holes if you try to make them the same size again…
