Surfaces Won't Turn Solid

Hi, I am relatively inexperienced with working with surfaces in Onshape, and have ran into problems when trying to make them solid parts. I am designing a boat logo that uses hundreds of surface lofts to enclose the top and bottom plates, but the enclose tool doesn't work for me and I run into issues in many of the surfaces when trying to thicken them. Any help is very much appreciated, I just need a way to make this 3d-printable.
