Making many off-axis (radially and axially) holes in the wall of a tubular cross-section

Rank newbie here, hope this hasn't been answered elsewhere. I want to create a cyclonic cylindrical chamber, roughly 1' long and 1" outside diameter, 1/8" wall. I'd like to place 72 1/16" holes, in 12 rows of 6 (i.e., at 30 degree increments), evenly spaced around the circumference and along the axis. The challenge so far has been to figure out how to tip them five or ten degrees off-normal both axially and radially. I"m quite lost in trying to manage planes! Any help is much appreciated.

What you need to do is edit the distance down to the top row of holes in Sketch 3 to whatever you want,
and change the vertical distance between rows of holes in Linear Pattern 1
Then go back and reduce the extrusion distance in Extrude 1 from 12" to 1"5

Perfect! For what I asked for, which contains an error. I meant to write that it was 1" long not 1' long. Is this a trivial fix for you? For me, not so much …
Many thanks for the quick response,

Spoken like a true teacher - it's better I learn by doing it myself! Many thanks, again, Andrew.1
