where do I begin?

I have an idea to build a kinetic wave driven sea water Desalinization station. useing the kinetic motion of waves to produce both driving of the gear mechanisim and pumping of clean water to storrage. the portion that is submerged needs to be robust enough to survive extended periods in sea water so i think stainless steel would be the right material. the design i have in mind would be capable of rotating a conical plain 360 (full circle) while at the same time spinning multipal axis points in that plane. This assembly would be part of a system that could utilize a similar design like the shaft of a "Yankee Screwdriver" and there would also need plumbing and one way valves. I can draw crude scetches but have no rela skills and that is why i am here….any all help appreciated…Chris (cwbethel55@gmail.com) or @Christo00735375 / @BethelSr78105
