Keeping student assignment files organized
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to find a simple way to keep student assignment files organized when using Onshape Classes. Sometimes students create or copy documents in the wrong folder, and then it becomes confusing to know which file is the actual assignment.
How do other educators organize student documents so that students can easily find their own work while the teacher can still review and manage everything without creating extra confusion?
Any tips or classroom workflows would be really helpful.

I find it helpful to always to through the Classes menu on the left navigation. Whether an educator or student, if I want to find a specific document, I find navigating to Classes → class → assignment → document a helpful workflow.
