"Sketch 1 did not regenerate properly" error in red

I get the error "Sketch 1 did not regenerate properly" (or Sketch 2, etc) in red when I try to create a new document. I have been able to create a few new documents, but most of them give me the error at Sketch 1, but sometimes not until Sketch 2 or 3. Am I doing something wrong?

@ nancy_dixon, You can share the document with Onshape support and give the feed back using "?"(Help menu). So that they will look into that.
