Importing From Fusion360

I have a model that was created by someone else in Fusion360.  I can export each part individually as several formats .igs or .stp as well as others.  Is one better than others?  Can I just import from the .f3d file?  Anyone can share there experience importing from F360 would be greatly appreciated!
