Connecting several points on assembly

Hi, I am having trouble getting one of my parts (with 2 wholes) to connect onto another piece that is at an angle. When I connect one of the holes, it comes up sideways and can't figure out how to mate them.

What mates are you using? If you use two revolute mates it should snap into place... unless the holes are not exactly aligned.Lou Gallo
