How can I remove unwanted public documents from my list of recently opened?

@jon_woellhaf, Currently this facility is not available in Onshape. You can raise improvement request for this. In near future we hope that this facility will be provided by Onshape.
Workaround:- You can click on "Created by me" folder there you can get all document created by you.

I too would like to see a toggle for Public Documents (and folders) For now labels are a very good way to organize documents. I understand OS is working on 'nested' labels which should allow folder like organization.
