How to import a sketch into a feature script and then in a loop make copies of it along a path.

Hi there,
I have a sketch in my document. It has 3 variables set
thickness
width
the variables parameterize a cross section profile along a boat hull.
I would like to create a feature script feature that imports the sketch and then in a loop makes copies of it. For example the below psuedocode.
for(var i = 1 to 100){
sketch = sketch.Copy();
offsetX(sketch, i * 10);
sketch.thickness = i + 50;
sketch.width = 30;
}
These would end up beng lofted together.

as Ilya Baran said in your prevous topic you can't parametrize imported sketch - it's just a set of wire and sheet bodies, but you can use parametrized sketch in linear pattern with Feature pattern option, and you can iterate variables in the same time. so the sketch will be rebuild with new variable values.

Or, if you're intent on doing this with a single FS, you can recreate the desired geometry within a sketch in FS and then loop as necessary to recreate the sketch while changing parameters.0
