Combining Parts in Assembly

I'm trying to combine all the beams of this a arm part into a single part, i've trimmed pieces of it to other pieces and it's saying that I can combine them (Boolean, Union).
How would I overcome this to make the arm a single part?

You can use the group mate in the assembly if you want multiple parts to move together. (Might save joining parts in the part studio that would be manufactured as individual parts).

I was able to Boolean Union all into one part in your Part Studio Frontsubframe. I had to remove the trim elements in Beam 6. Then select all parts to Boolean worked.
