cannot snap to origin in sketch mode

I am creating a second sketch in a part, but I want to create a construction line from the origin but cannot snap to the origin!
I also cannot move the coordinates of the line to coincide with the origin after creating the line.
What am I doing wrong

also: I see that "s" is the shortcut to snaping. If this is a toggle function, where do I see if snap is on or not

    Hi, I have problems snap line or rectangle to the orgin? I either get a horisontal or vertical constrain?
