Sketches created in a FeatureScript feature can be hidden just like standard sketches, by clicking the small eye next to the feature in the Feature List.  If you are completely done using these sketches and don't want them in your part studio, you can delete them in your feature by using 'opDeleteBodies'.

The hide/show state of a sketch cannot be altered with FeatureScript.  opDeleteBodies will delete the sketch, so that it never shows up in your part studio.  Is that what you want? Or do you want to keep the sketch around in case you need it later, but just have it hidden by default?

Is there an update on this?

No update on this, but what is the behavior you are hoping for?  The sketches are hideable or deletable as described above.
