Not possible as of now unfortunately, sorry for the trouble. Please raise an improvement request if this is important for your workflow.
Otherwise for now the best way to hide those sketches is to just click the eye next to the feature after confirming the feature.Jake Rosenfeld - Modeling Team5

Sketches created in a FeatureScript feature can be hidden just like standard sketches, by clicking the small eye next to the feature in the Feature List. If you are completely done using these sketches and don't want them in your part studio, you can delete them in your feature by using 'opDeleteBodies'.Jake Rosenfeld - Modeling Team0

The hide/show state of a sketch cannot be altered with FeatureScript. opDeleteBodies will delete the sketch, so that it never shows up in your part studio. Is that what you want? Or do you want to keep the sketch around in case you need it later, but just have it hidden by default?Jake Rosenfeld - Modeling Team0
