    Nice one @mbartlett21 !

    We're currently thinking about the best way to approach situations like these (you have a copy of my document, but it would be hard for a user to find yours and know it has more functionality).  If I give you write access to my document, would you consider reflecting your changes there and using the original doc as the source of truth?  The other benefit this gives is that other users of the feature will have the option of updating their link to get your new functionality.
