Internal Cylindrical Cam Track
I trying to model a cylinder/barrel with an internal CAM track around the Inner Diameter. I figured I could create and model a tool in CAD to Boolean/cut the cam track out of the barrel. To do this I need a solid cylinder with a raised CAM Track around the outer diameter. Using that, I would model a barrel around the tool to cut the inner diameter of that barrel.
Inner Diameter need to be 1.810", Cut width needs to be 0.1575 x 0.2362.
I need a procedure and some screens shots of someone performing this task.
