Does anyone else keep getting this with Onshape, all these are supposed to be round, yes round not hexagon.

    I see that all the time - I believe it's done to keep the speed up by not having as much detail.

    The actual parts still retain full circular data, they are just rendered more simply. There was a few posts about it previously.

    We hope to address this in the near term. This is a rendering problem that we address since today we algorithmically and just this quality to balance performance and in some cases it does not give the desired result on important components. Work is being done on this in development.
