Holes on Curved surface mate to holes on flat surface.

I have a Curved wind turbine blade with two connecting holes. I am trying to mate to a flat surface with corresponding holes. Can anyone say if this is possible or maybe suggest how this can be done. the wind turbine is only a model which I am using as a continued learning project into Onshape. Blade and bracket have been modelled in sheet metal.It is the outside of the curve that needs to be to the flat surface.
