Is it possible to disable Two-Factor Authentication without a 2fa code?

The phone I used 2fa on broke beyond repair, and I forgot to save the backup code anywhere (I have now started writing them down as of my phone breaking.)
Also, feel free to tell me if this is the wrong place to ask this, I haven't found an obvious support section.
