Printing dimensions on models?

ethan_hall730ethan_hall730 Member Posts: 5 PRO
Hello all,

If I have built a model out a number sketch planes, is there a way to export or print the finished model with the dimensions?  For example, to send to a manual machine shop or craftsman, etc.  I could obviously draw separate sketches for this purpose, but then I would have version control issues across the workspace, and duplicate work.  The "Show Dimension" feature in the context menu does not seem to be quite complete...

Perhaps I am missing something obvious?  Any ideas?

Regards,
Ethan

...and I hope the ability to generate 2D dimensioned prints from the various 3D views will be included in that feature set.
