Why can’t I sign in to the OnShape App on any of my iOS devices?

On both my iPhone and my iPad, whenever I try to log in, the sign in button stays grayed out even after I enter my username and password. 
I have an educational account.

    @james_siedschalg I run into this problem if I have accidentally put a space before or after my email. Could you check if there are any spaces in the email address field?
