Well, the new holes feature has not arrived to that document so I submitted a ticket.jakeramsley said:

It will be interesting that the holes could be edited from the holes list.1

[EDIT] I see now - the label is created by splitting the face, then applying color to each face. Not applying an image (yet).

The sample in the video is an imported part. But you can do that with split face of a part
